You will receive an automatic confirmation email when you place your order.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing and shipping. We will email you with updates and track information from our trusted courier services Aramex and Shyft once your items have been shipped.

In the event that a product is out of stock or back-ordered, you will be contacted by our customer service team.

Velorum.ae currently offers free regional and international shipping. Please allow 3 business working days for the items to arrive for regional orders and 7 to 10 business working days for international orders.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS POLICY

The multiple purchases may result in various postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. We will deal with the multiple purchases in such a way that it would be delivered within a four days period after the payment is completed. We will charge a service fee for the order if it is handled in one transaction, if the shipments are handled in multiple transactions, then the service charges will be applied independently for each transaction.
